What is Yoga for Well Being?
When you want to give your body TLC, balance, conditioning and love, then this class is for you.
You are coached to listen to your body, to support it attentively and to witness your experience through Unconditional Positive Regard. Practice Sequence varies from gentle, restorative holds to vinyasa / power type movements offered in a Phoenix Rising Therapeutic Yoga class structure.
Set an Intention. Be Present in your Breath and Body. Practice taking care of yourself from the inside. Includes flow, breath, relaxation, meditation and embodied mindfulness
All classes are audio recordings are are intended to facilitate a practice where you can close your eyes and dive deeply into your Direct Experience.
