Experience Phoenix Rising and, then, workshop skills that will make you a more connected, present, compassionate, inclusive and adaptable yoga teacher. Integrated with yoga students at this weekend retreat, yoga teachers will practice presence and listening skills as the group explores connections between what happens on and off the mat.  Yoga teachers and students will be facilitated in their individual yoga practices in "all-levels" Yoga classes that focus on Svadhaya(self-study)and mindfulness. While yoga students leave to explore VT or enjoy the spa after sessions, Yoga teachers participating in the CEU program remain to collaborate and experientially learn ways they can engage what they learn from their bodies in practice to enhance their teaching skills and broaden their capacity to adapt to specific populations. Teachers will practice and "try-on" different ways of guiding yoga practice with considerations to safety and alignment cuing that can be more inclusive and adaptive for specific populations and diversity in yoga classes.

1:30-3:30pm YT CEU Session 3 - Adapting Asana and Variations for specialized needs
3:30-5:30pm Body Be Loved Session 3 - Discernment and Truth

6:30-8:30pm Group dinner

Sunday

8-10:30am Body Be Loved Session & Closing 4 - Truth in Action and Flow

11-12:30pm YT CEU Session 4 & Closing - Applying new knowledge and skills at home.
